Poem “White Boy Privilege” 

My friend sent me a link that made me shed a tear. I was so moved by 8th grader Royce Mann’s delivery of “White Boy Privilege”. Even a child could see the injustice in our System, why can’t everyone else?  Mann’s powerful words won him first place in the competition and I could see why, but could we see change on the rise?? We have to be the change we want to see, we have to take responsibility for our actions and shortcomings, then we have to put a plan in action and follow through on our words.
