I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley Neal of Urban Events Global travel group. I found their page on Instagram and I thought it was a cool group to join. Anyone looking to travel and network with professionals on the same wave length should definitely check them out. Hello, I am Ashley Neal, I’m writing on behalf of Urban Events Global travel group. Our goal is to provide fun, engaging, networking opportunities through travel and events for people of color. Please see further information regarding our events below.

Founded by Kevin Knight, Urban Events Global was developed from a passion for people and the love of the outdoors. The organization’s vision is to cultivate a space for like-minded professionals to interact through organic events around the world. The development of these unique and non-traditional experiences ultimately allows participants the opportunity to network, relax, and develop new friendships, all while in a care-free environment. Urban Events Global is a network of professionals with a zeal for travel and experiencing new adventures. Our group enjoys experiencing all that life has to offer from camping, traveling to exotic locations, skiing, and international excursions.  During our many ventures, our travelers range from 400 to 2,000 participants. Beginning as a camping experience in 2011, the organization has grown to become a hub for several organizations such as Urban Camp Weekend, Urban Cruise Weekend, and Urban Excursion Weekend.

Urban Events Global members are predominately people of color who enjoy experiencing all that life has to offer, from camping, traveling to exotic locations, skiing, and enjoying international travel. In addition, we formed the organization to help promote unity and networking, while traveling with like-minded individuals! Our trips and experiences offer you the flexibility to meet new friends, or simply invite your current friends to experience the events as a group within a group! Urban Events Global is truly a global group with members around the world. In short, come travel, party, network, and experience life with us!
